From a small studio nestled in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, each piece of Amber Jayne Jewellery is designed and made by hand — one petal, one detail at a time.
Every colour you see is custom-blended from scratch, carefully matched to soft, earthy palettes inspired by the natural beauty outside the studio window. Whether intricately floral or quietly modern, each design is crafted with intention — a celebration of slow art and the beauty of small-batch making.
This isn’t fast fashion. It’s jewellery made to be cherished — created slowly, worn often, and always one of a kind.
Shipping FAQs
When will my order ship?
All orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of purchase (Please note for orders places over the weekend, that we are fully closed on Sundays, and orders will be dispatched by Tuesday or Wednesday following).
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive an automated confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours where possible. For International orders, we use tracked services but they may take a little longer depending on courier and country of destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. Unfortunately the cost of international shipping has seen a steep increase in recent months, but we aim to use the most economical tracked services where possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs £4.99 for all UK orders under £40. If your order is more than £40, shipping will automatically be free. For international orders we do not offer free shipping as the costs incurred by overseas couriers are too expensive to feasibly allow us to do this. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, all earring orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Photographs will need to be provided to show us the fault, so that we can assess what course of action to take. Please inspect your earrings upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue. Exchanges for sizes or style are not available as each item is unique.
How are my earrings packaged?
Each pair of bespoke earrings are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they leave our studio in prime condition. Each pair is attached to a premium earring card and carefully wrapped in tissue paper. To ensure safe delivery, your earrings are packaged in more tissue paper and sent inside a cardboard postal box which is securely taped shut. Lightweight, to keep postage costs down, and secure to ensure safe transit of your new handcrafted items!
Polymer Clay Care
Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Not at all - polymer clay is incredibly lightweight, so even larger statement earrings are comfortable enough to wear all day long. Most of our regular styles weigh between 2 - 4 grams each, while larger statement earrings can weigh around 4 - 6 grams each. Our heaviest book stack earrings weigh in at around 7 grams each.
Are polymer clay earrings durable?
Polymer clay is flexible and strong once cured (baked in an oven), but like all handmade jewellery, should be handled with care. Keep your earrings stored flat or hung up, avoid bending and keep away from sharp objects or greasy materials (make up and face creams etc.)
How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?
To keep your earrings looking their best, avoid prolonged contact with water (remove before swimming and showering) perfume or make up. A wipe down with a soft damp cloth at the end of the day and left in a well ventilated spot to dry will help to keep your jewellery in tip top shape. Handle with care as these lightweight, delicate works of art can be damaged if not looked after properly.
Do you offer hypoallergenic findings?
Yes - all our earrings are made with either gold plated findings, or stainless steel findings. If you would like a custom pair made with gold or silver findings, please get int ouch and I will try my best to source the right findings for your needs.
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! We welcome enquiries for custom designs or colour ways. Each bespoke piece is made with the same care and attention to detail as our collections, ensuring you receive a unique creation to treasure. Please note that custom work requires additional design time, so a small design fee of £10 - 25 will be added in the earring price.
Do you take custom orders for weddings or special occasions?
Yes - I love to create bespoke pieces to mark life's most meaningful moments. Whether it's a set of earrings for bridesmaids, a handful of matching earrings for a hen party, or co-ordinating styles to celebrate a milestone birthday, each pair is crafted with care to reflect the occasion. Colours, shapes or floral themes can be tailored to your vision, ensuring the jewellery feels as unique as the celebration.
For group or event commissions, a small design fee of £10 - £20 may be added to the cost of each piece, depending on the level of design elements and customisation. Any additional costs will always be agreed with you in advance and confirmed in a quotation before the work begins.
